Do you know what a lucid dream is? It is a dream where you know you are dreaming, usually triggered by an Aha! moment: This is a dream! Once you learn to become aware in your dreams, you can carry out a number of exercises to improve your health, wellbeing, relationships and much more.
Rosanne will be sharing her knowledge about this fascinating subject and explaining the many benefits of this practice. We will also be exploring how to access the wisdom of our dreams, whether they are lucid or not. No worries if you have trouble remembering your dreams as she will be teaching techniques for this too.
If you are interested in meditation, mindfulness, spiritual and personal growth, then this workshop is for you!
Workshop booklet included. Bring a pen and, if you wish, a notebook (you can also make notes in the workshop booklet).

Latecomer
If a course has already started, please call the office as it may be possible to join after the start date. This may only be possible if the course is not already full, if it is not disruptive for the other students and you are aware that you have missed a percentage of the course and the tutor will not have time to catch you up. This will be at discretion of the Folk House. We run our courses termly, so it might be best to start at the beginning of the course.
