If you've always been curious about fermentation but did not know where to start, our hands-on Fermentation Workshop is the perfect introduction. Join us for a fun, casual 2-hour session where you’ll discover the basics of fermentation in an approachable, no-nonsense way.

You will be guided through the fundamentals of this ancient preservation method - no complex science jargon here! You'll learn how to transform everyday ingredients into delicious, healthy ferments that you can take home to enjoy.

This workshop is designed to be relaxed and interactive, with plenty of time for questions and personal tips. We will be on our feet for most of the session, so come dressed in comfy shoes and ready to get stuck in.

At just a fraction of the cost of other similar workshops around Bristol, you will walk away with a jar of your own homemade sauerkraut and the confidence to try fermenting more at home.
