Courses description

Yoga flow sessions are suitable for all levels, including beginners. In these classes you will be invited to explore the principles and practice of yoga in a fun and explorative way. The practice will include asana (yoga postures) which will be sequenced in a flowing routine, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation techniques.

 

Each week you will build on what you have learnt in previous weeks, developing your confidence. There will be modifications and alternative postures offered to accommodate different bodies and abilities, however, in order for you to enjoy this class fully you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease. Your teacher will encourage you to take things at your own pace whilst also encouraging you to explore new challenges and techniques. As this is a community based class there will also be the opportunity to ask questions and to share ideas at the beginning and end of each session.
