Grace is originally from Cameroon in central Africa where she founded her dance company and pioneered the Afro-contemporary dance style in Douala, travelled to perform in several countries in Africa; toured in all 10 provinces of Cameroon and 12 cities in France, before arriving in the UK invited by the Arts Council of England to bring her contribution to the dance scene in 2000. Grace has taught dance in over 100 schools and colleges in and around Bristol, then her life changed forever. She is a two times breast cancer survivor who climbed Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for Penny Brohn UK in 2010 and pioneered dance for breast cancer patients at Frenchay hospital in 2008 which was championed by ITV News and the BBC. She uses dance as a commodity to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
