The Feldenkrais Method offers a unique way of making lasting improvements to our lives through the medium of movement. We learn how to move through the world with greater ease, co-ordination, flexibility and grace.
Felenkrais can help with relief from pain, recovery from injury and finding ease in everyday activities. It can boost well-being, resilience, attention and life-long vitality. It can be of benefit to all ages, from babies to elderly people as well as to those wanting to improve an existing skill such as sports people and performing artists.
