About
Jo is a weaver based in Bristol. After graduating with a degree in Textile Design Jo went on to design woven fabric for the fashion industry for 18 years.
She has now swapped the large industrial looms for small wooden looms and back strap weaving. She makes beautiful one off woven pieces, using natural fibres with Bristol and the South West as her inspiration. She creates woven fabric, scarves and small pieces of woven furniture.
She loves sharing her love of this ancient craft through workshops and truly believes in the mental health benefits that come with taking time to focus on creating, using your own hands.
