Meet Kristina, a passionate yogi who has been practising for the past 7 years and then decided to deepen her knowledge and became a yoga instructor in 2022. Kristina's focus is on dynamic vinyasa flow, a style of yoga that links breath with movement, creating a flowing practice, while also providing opportunities for relaxation and mindfulness.Kristina believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of their level of experience, age or ability. She creates a welcoming and inclusive environment in her classes, encouraging students to explore and modify poses to suit their needs. She places a strong emphasis on proper alignment, helping students to improve their posture and prevent injury. She also incorporates music and meditative sounds into her classes, creating soothing but uplifting atmosphere
