Laurie is a career coach and educator who helps adults find fulfilling and meaningful work. His interest in career development was sparked by his own varied professional journey, which has included consultancy, PR, engineering and maths tutoring.
Realising the impact that career coaching can make led to him to train in Career Development and Coaching at Warwick University. He now runs Better Work Bristol - an organisation dedicated to helping adults navigate their careers.
Laurie supports learners by creating an inclusive and positive environment, tailoring sessions to the needs of individuals. Workshops are interactive, helping you to think about your challenges in new and creative ways.
Laurie’s goal is to give people the tools and strategies they need to confidently take the next step toward a more satisfying and meaningful career.
