Accessibility Develop Plan
Accessibility is coming.
We have been working with an architectural firm to redesign parts of the building to make it accessible throughout.
Planning permission has been submitted and agreed. Work was due to start Summer 2020 and has been postponed to Summer 2022 due to COVID19.
This will be at minimum, a 5-year project.
Stage 1 will be a new entrance area with an accessible toilet (completed Summer 2022)
Stage 2 will be lifts and ramps to access the front entrance, classrooms and cafe (due Summer 2024)
Stages 3 and 4 will be access into the main hall and back entrance (Timescale TBC)
Please check back with us early 2024 for plans and drawings of the development work, as well as links to our fundraising pages.
In the meantime if you wish to make a donation to help fund this project, you can do so by clicking here
